Shereika's Birthday Cookie!

My friend, Kermaine, wanted to surprise his wife with a bog cookie cake for her birthday. I have a killer cookie bar recipe that I knew would work great for it.  I made a 12" cookie and decorated it with buttercream frosting.  I kind of feel like making one for myself!  It smelled wonderful!
